As
the next home heating season begins to approach,
Joseph Élie Ltée would like
to thank all of its customers for the patience
and support they have shown as we continue
to react to the situation announced by the
Sûreté du Québec in
March of this year.
Along with you, we were
upset by this news and have been working
diligently to share what information we
can with our customers. At the same time,
we are working very hard to prepare for
the current heating season, and to ensure
that we are in a position to continue to
provide the same level of service that has
been expected and provided from Joseph Élie
Ltée for more than 100 years.
In regard to the specifics
of the incidents last season, the investigation
and court proceedings are ongoing, and unfortunately
may be for some time.
Our efforts today continue
to be focused on a process of steady improvement
of the service and customer support that
you have come to expect as a customer of
Joseph Élie Ltée.
